3. Our Canada Post Mailing List For those people who request that they be added to our postal mailing list, we collect the person's name and address and telephone number. This information is used solely to send out our newsletter. It is not used for any other purpose. It is shared only with the company who mails our newsletters, and they use it solely to mail out Yarn Forward newsletters, and after use they destroy the data. Please note that we can only send our mail newsletter within Canada. If you live outside of Canada, please request an email newsletter.

4. Cookies If you use the Secure Shopping Cart Ordering System we place a cookie on your computer. Only Yarn Forward can use this cookie. It is used solely to provide a link between you and your order which is kept on our server. When you check out of the ordering system or cancel your order, the cookie is deleted. If you do not go through the checkout, the cookie will delete itself after seven days.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
